Don't get Y-40 it sucks I had it but I know that the Y50 works very well

You dont need a computer with a top CPU. It is just important that it has a decent graphics card. If you mean developing games in Unity then the games will always run bad at the beginning. Even on good hardware. The key is performance optimizations. You can make your games run on every machine if you want to.
