2. Well if you have money, don't skimp out on anything else if you are doing so to include an SSD.

3. That PSU is fine! No need for a gold power supply, or more wattage, in fact you probably have too much. (500-550w for 1 card, 750-850 watts for future SLI)

Looks pretty solid except I would switch:

• PSU - something 750w like http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1750snlb9 or http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-hcg750m to support SLI if you want an upgrade path
• add an SSD like Samsung 850 Evo (if you can afford it)
• aftermarket cooler like Cooler Master 212 Evo

The PSU is okay, mediocre.

The wattage you have now is fine, but if you plan to run two graphics cards in the future, you may want to upgrade your power supply now so you won't in the future. You probably will only be using 1 graphics card within the time span of your computer's life, so 500-600 watts should be enough.

Noctua NH-U14S or Noctua NH-D15 are what I'd recommend
