Posted April 30, 2015 Specs ASUS m5a99fx r2.0 FX8320 cooled by a seidon 120v R9 280X 8 gb gskill 1600 corsair cx 500 So as soon as i boot up my pc shuts down and the last LED on my motherboard to light up is the MemOK LED.Sometimes i can get into the bios and then sometimes it shuts down too quick.I could get into the bios and boot into windows sometimes but doesnt always work and the pc shuts down whilst booting windows.I have tried using diffrent memory but it made no diffrence. Could be high temps, bad OC. or PSU too weak. Posted May 1, 2015 So the MemOK light is on meaning something is wrong with your ram, make sure they are seated properly in the cages, or whatever you want to call them. Take them out and put them back in, if that doesn't work try one stick of ram in a slot and try it in each slot. Posted May 1, 2015 Author Nope that doesnt change anything, im pretty sure its shutting down because of the CPU temp, tried to update the bios with USB but i dont have enought time in the bios to change it becasue it shuts down too quick..
