No case? Operating system?

I am reusing old components such as case, storage, power supply, etc. I just need feedback on the cpu, mb and ram.

I think it's back online and faction server, 24/7. no clue how many players right now I have 10 on and i'm expanding my playerbase everyday so I want to future proof it(We use a lot of ram) and I right now have 50Mbps.

Advantage is that the xeon is a server processor it is ment to run 24/7 and is designed for server tasks. They usually consume less power and do not include integrated graphics. So what you technically could do is get a high grade processor for cheaper just because it is stripped down from bs no one on this forum uses. (At least i hope xD)
