quietest 120mm or 140mm single fan

For my sg13 build it's obviously meant for water cooling so I want to figure out the quietest cooler to put on my i5 4690k.

im using gentle typhoons spinning at 1450 and i can tell you that they are too loud most likely for your wants. The sweet spot (at least for me) when it comes to best noise to performance ratio is around 1000rpm's

take a look at the noiseblocker fans. good performance and known to be pretty quiet. a little expensive though
