Well Hi!

I'm searching for components for my new Pc that I'll build in 2016 (due to safeing up money).

But first of all, my current Pc:

CPU: Athlon X4 750k @3.9Ghz

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 660 OC Windforce 2Gb

MB: Asus F2A85-M LE

Space: 1 TB WD Green

Ram: G.Skill Sniper 8Gb @1666Ghz (or something haha)

PSU: 600w Someswissmanufacturerpowersupply Nonmodular

Case: Cheap and shitty Sharkoon case..

So this Pc was so good for me, and I'm pretty happy with it, cause i got it for about 600 CHF/$ (Yes i live in switzerland)

But now I need a more powerful computer, so yup...

May I present you.....Drumrooooooooolll..

THE TRUTLE

CPU: recommend sth.

GPU: recommend sth.

MB: recommend sth.

Space: 4 TB WD Green + 240Gb SSD (recommend sth.)

Ram: recommend sth.

PSU: recommend sth.

Case: Corsair Air540 Black (Will color the Airgrill to Green Mint)

Watercooling Parts: recommend sth. + Green Mint Fluid + Corsair Fans

The Turtle will be fully watercooled and will have a "Green Mint" Acsent to it. I added some pictures for the theme... (and yes i'l gona color my case and fan rings and stuff)

So what do I do? I'm a Graphic Designer, so the Turtle has to easly handle heavy multicore Workloads.

Aaaand yaaassss: I'm also a bit of a Gamer... :D

So I know there will be much more components available in 2016, but I'd just like to plan so i know how much it will aproxipopilop (I don't knwo how to spell this word) cost. (1000-3000.-)

Additional Notes: Using 2 FullHD Monitors, Periphals and OS not needed. And I'm Swiss so sorry for the bad english :D

So yes.. If you have some Time to recommend me some stuff, i'd be really  happy :D

It's pretty hard to save up for parts that don't exist yet.  Set yourself a deadline to have all the money saved and start the build.  Some of your components you can buy before the deadline if they go on sale (like PSU, cooling parts, case).  The motherboard, CPU, GPU and SSD should be purchased last to be sure you have the latest tech.

Depending when you want to make the purchase, your GPU will either be AMD's R9 390x, or Nvidia's next gen Pascal GPU.  For CPU, you're going to want Intel's next gen i5 or i7.  Set a budget you can live with and start saving.

Thanks first of all! Well I'm just looking for options right now, so i know what i have to look for when i finally buy my Parts. So i think i'll ask differently: What would you buy right now? :)

Right now?  I would buy the system in my signature =) except if I could do it over, I'd get the 4790k, I'd swap the PSU for a Corsair AXi 760, and I have an Intel 750 series SSD coming in the mail.  That would be a kick-ass gaming and graphic design PC!  If you can afford it, I'd definitely go for an i7 with hyper threading.  The i5 does not have it (doesn't make much difference in games but can be a huge benefit for certain workloads).
