Bronya - FINISHED PC

Howdy, the name's Sam.

I don't really like the way my PC looks as it is so I'm redesigning the entire build.

I've attatched some pictures of the build as it is now;

excuse the dodgy room, its a working progress.

with the lights on (it's more dangerous?)

The upgrade would consist of the following items;

https://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Cases/Case+Accessories/Sharkoon+2-in-1+Kit+30cm+Cold+Cathode+Fluorescent+Lamps+Case+Modding+Accessories+-+Green+?productId=54921

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sharkoon-ATX-Midi-Tower-Case/dp/B004REHPEE/ref=cm_cmu_pg__header

If anyone has any questions or advice I'd really appreciate them, and as soon as I buy the items I'll keep posting the images of the build in progress on here. I also plan on making a secondary build with the remaining parts and some other components I have lying around, too.

Thanks, guys.

If you're wondering, the build is called Bronya, which is Russian for 'Armour'.

And Alex, this is for you, pal.

PART 2

Computer complete! The items arrived and I've built my machine once again. Here are some pictures ;

I love the look of the sharkoon and with the lights it will look amazing that psu has sleeved cables and the sharkoon has cable management so you can make this build look very nice and clean and tidy + if you wanted you could re sleeve the cables individually because that looks great or you could buy a kit of them. anyway what is the spec

and I upgraded from a cit galaxy 3 to a antec solo ii - your making the correct choice

Hello :)

My specs are ;

GPU; HD 6770

CPU; Q9550

RAM 4X2GB DDR2 Kingston HyperX

The cooler is an lga 775 akasa air cooler

The hard drive is a 500gb seagate barracuda @ 7200rpm

And the power supply is just an unbranded 600w.

Hopefully with the money I get from selling the secondary pc I mentioned,I can buy a new hard drive and gpu, then I will be happy.

I'm very glad that I'm getting rid of this CiT case because they are cheap, ugly, and bad for cable management, so yep, we're on the same boat :)

Thanks

This build is strange.

The looks of drive cages are totally awful. That green LED fan makes everything even worse. And cable management - i guess u already know

Perhaps if you read the actual topic you'd know that this is how my computer looks now, and the whole point is I'm changing its look entirely. Please make sure you fully understand the post before ripping it. Thanks.

The Sharkoon T9 and T28 are amazing cases! Trust me, you will understand once you build in them :) The Red T9 was my first case

Uh-huh, I've heard only good things about these cases :) pretty reasonable pricing, too!

I was going to go for a red build with the CiT case which I've pictured in the post, but I decided, foolishly, after I bought it that I prefer green. Oh well :)

Thanks :)

I'm guessing, and this is a wild guess, that this build will be green  :D

Spot on :)

Yeah, they look great :) especially how I think they go well with the led fan lights on the case I'm planning to purchase. Thanks :)

Nice build, by the way! That 760 looks beast ;)
