Overclocking i7 4790k Help?

Ok so I'm not so great at OCing and I just ordered my first AIO Cooler (Corsair H110i GT) and I don't really know when to adjust BCLK, Voltages, etc
If you could help me out that would be great i would love to know how to achieve 4.8GHz again (i got 4.95 in the winter with a stock cooler!!!)

I adjusted BCLK whenever i couldn't reach 4.8+ with just multipliers alone and i managed to get close to 4.9 using that,
