You should probably give more information than you did, but unless you're going with an APU, you'll be fine with any RAM, and it shouldn't make a difference in performance. Linus made a video about it here:

 

That said, the HyperX savage memory is quite expensive compared to other brands, you could pick another set from a list here of red/black RAM modules  http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/memory/#Z=8192002&C=6,19,56&sort=a10&page=1

You can get whatever happens to be cheaper in your area. These days all RAM is equal (ignoring some random cheap/crap-no-name brand).
