Should be a good system. I have very similair system and it runs pretty much all games good. If you play alot of indigames of such or single core games you might want to change the cpu to an i5, but the 8350 is really good for its price overall.

I would go intel but it is so damned expensive here in Australia.

Then the 8350 should be fine. Its not the best for gaming but its pretty good for it. Like i get over 250fps in cs:go about 70 in bf4 at medium around 70-110 in crysis 3 at low. So it should nt be a problem
