Problem with my new SSD!

Go to solution Solved by WastedEmu,

Hi, I just received my Samsung SSD 850 EVO. When I connected it, I checked if it appeared in BIOS and it was. When the system loaded the ssd did't show up in 'computer', where you can view all your hard drive but it does show up in the devices through control panel and in drive selection. I can't access it but my system sees that it is connected. Any ideas?

one of my favourite partition tools is AOEMI Partition Assistant, that will help you out, that or in My Computer, Go in to the Manage section, then to Disk Management, and it wills how up in there, and you can then format the SSD using the Disk Management tool built in to Windows
