Thanks the paste I use is not on there but the ICD 7 is there I am guessing this is down to when these tests were done

Yeah probably. These are a bit old I think, but used arctic silver 5. Its pretty "coooool". Heh. Anyway I though it was funny that they tested chocolate and butter and whatnot. That's great.

Artic mx4 is pants in comparison to other pastes such as Shin-etsu X23 775D, junplus, IC Diamond and Gelid Extreme.

It's better value than those pastes. It will do more tham adequate job for him. It's got good and consistent performance overall and it's forgiving to mistakes.
