Can someone help me with a small micro atx red and black themed build for around $1200 with a non stock cpu cooler no os needed and currency is usd

Red and Black like AMD?

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

Ok thanks for all your help guys I still would love answers but I plan on streaming so need the 8 threads and don't plan on overclocking just wanted to know are any of the cases suggested "quiet" if not suggestion? Thanks so much tho

Never used it personally, it is an airflow case so it is probably not made to be quiet. Corsairs stock fans are quiet enough, I am using them now. Not sure how quiet you are looking for but they are decent. And feel free to ask as many questions as you have! I am here to help!

I have never used the prodigy before either. So I would not know. I have some experience with corsair as I have a few of there cases as for BitFenix no clue xD

Well the Air 240 is designed for air cooling but is generally a amazing case even if water cooling, as you are water cooling there will need to be some fans on the radiator, moving parts = more noise. Both of them do not come with dampening pads but the Air 240 is more open so more of that will be heard. IMO I would choose the 240 as it has great spacing, cheap and really, the fan noise isn't noticeable.
