Getting error on startup!

Hey,

 

A few times over the last week my computer hasn't turned on properly.

 

I shows code 97 on my Motherboard LED's which is Console Output devices connect (ex. Monitor is lighted). It gets stuck on this stage, but after turning the computer off it starts fine again.

 

I am just wondering why this is happening. Here is a list of my parts if that is any help http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/YmPBdC (Core components and monitors only)

 

This isn't a major issue just want to know why it is doing this,
