GPU clock speed in the CPU?

It says my CPU (Intel Core i5 4460 3.2ghz) has a GPU clock speed of 350MHz, what is this, and is it low/bad?

Nah its just the build in GPU. Nothing special, made for casual 720p-1080p internet browsing or entering the bios.
