How to split microphone inputs?

I need to plug in 2 microphones in my PC but both front and rear inputs show up as one. I have 970A-UD3P mobo with VIA VT2021. Can't find any direct solutions on internet.

I wouldn't recomend that as mics suffer when put through a splitter just look for a interface that is in your budget and use that
