How to split microphone inputs?

I need to plug in 2 microphones in my PC but both front and rear inputs show up as one. I have 970A-UD3P mobo with VIA VT2021. Can't find any direct solutions on internet.

Try virtual audio cable, it's a virtual mixer(though a physical mixer would be best).   http://www.urtech.ca/2014/01/solved-how-to-combine-two-or-more-microphones-together-into-one-stream/
