So basically.

My specs in in my Sig and profile

I've just got my graphics card today and put it into my computer.

Now here comes the annoying part.

My computer boots.... but no display appears.

All of my fans are working, the motherboard LEDs are working, the grahics card fans are working, but no display.

I've cleared CMOS.

I've tried to boot with 4 single different RAM sticks.

I've used a different graphics card.

I've removed my SSD.

Nothing....

However... when the computer boots, my monitor goes from sleep mode, to displaying 'No Signal'

So im guessing there's a signal being passed through, but not the right one.... if you understand.

I've used HDMI to DVI cable and a displayport. Neither works, same result.

Can anybody help? Literally been waiting for about 8 months for this to be finished and now it doesnt work makes me want to cry and really really really pissed off. Oh and i have to do coursework.

did the boot without the gpu?

It boots whatever i do to it. It just doesn't boot into windows no matter what. The graphics card removed i still have to force close it... it doesnt shut down by it own accord when the power button is pressed. So i have no idea what to do.

No bios or anything shows up on the screen. With or without RAM, GPU, HDD, anything. Im guessing it goes through it though because the fans are at 100% for about 5 seconds then they calm down to the built in case fan controller speed. Which is at the top of the case.

Slot 1 and 3 has been tested by two seperate cards. A 480 and a 970. Neither card showed a display so i'm guessing it's not the card.

exactly it's the mobo's pci slot i think, wait does it post without the gpu?

Nothing loads with anything. With the GPU in the fans speed up when the power button is pressed then goes back down to the set fan controller speed. No display. Same thing happens with it out. All the MB LEDs are also on. I've tried booting multiple times without certain components, checked all the wires and i can't figure out what's causing it not to boot. Off to go try the card in another PC so i'll update once i've done that.

Turns out it's the CPU pins that are actually bent. Must have happened when i inserted the CPU to begin with. Oh well. RMA time.
