So I've scraped some cash together (Around £200) and I don't know what to buy first, I have 3 things but can only afford 1.

New monitor - Would allow me to move away from my TV as a main display and fix some resolution issues caused by the TV resolution, TV would then be used as a second monitor, spare money would be saved or would go toward a new CPU cooler.

HDD and SSD - Buy a 256GB SSD and a 2TB HDD to replace the 160GB I've been forced to run off now (Old 500GB drive failed), then use the spare cash to get a CPU cooler.

New GPU - Save up a bit more and buy a G1 970 to replace my 760 since I'd like something faster (760 struggles for 1080p with everything cranked up in a few games).

I've been leaning towards getting storage so I don't have to use my external drive any more and I can get off this slow as hell 160GB. A new monitor would be nice since some games don't like the custom resolution my TV needs to run at and locks me at 720p or below, and it's only 30Hz. But a new GPU would be a nice upgrade for those games that do run at the right resolution but struggle to hit 60fps (I can kinda deal with the tearing) and it would last me for a good while before having to upgrade.

Ughh, all of these upgrades are amazing, but you can only get one....

To be honest the monitor would be good. Getting a 970 won't be that good if you don't have a sick monitor to use it with. The storage is also nice. But for the most benefit, get the monitor.

Monitor seems obvious choice to me here, 760 shouldn't be that bad for 1080p gaming

I would upgrade graphics card before going for SSD's

For things like Planetside 2 that do run at 1080p, the framerate is anywhere from mid 90s to low 30s, and with 4k DSR on older games it can start to struggle (Even Fallout 3 can be a tad too demanding sometimes)

If I went for the monitor, I could at least buy the SSD and something like a 212 Evo to tide me over until I find a job so I can go for a custom loop. The 160GB I'm using now is the old one out my Acer from 2006, and it's pretty slow and loud, and I don't like running it due to age.

As said above, 970 would be good in some situations, and about the storage.

The monitor I was looking at is this since I've heard good things about it, the bezel is tiny which is good if I get another one later on. What's your guys take on it?
