looking for 140 mm fans with good SP would like to have them be  PWM but not  a must been looking at

https://www.phanteks.com/PH-F140MP.html    Phanteks PH-F140MP 140 mm PWM

but i have never used phanteks fans myself before. I have a Primo i have a build going into  420  in the top 280 in the front 280

in the bot and making a panel to have another 280 on the side.

Reason for all 140 based rad is trying to keep noise as low as I can If you have a 120 fan that is dead quiet please leave a suggestion

im willing to buy 1 test sample of several fans to see what works best. The corsairs Sp quiet editions are just to loud on the current system

and need  it to get lower with the change in location ambient noise level is 6-10 lower and all hard surfaces that bounce sound

waves easily.

EKWB Vardar 120mm are apparently super quiet and recieve the best reviews everywhere, and so for 140mm I went for swiftech Helix PWM fans as they have a very similar design. The phantecs are probably pretty good, they look alot like the noctua's, however I found that the Helix fans that I only paid $10 each for are quieter than my $25 each noctua fans.
