Gta 5 restart problem

When I change my graphics settings then it goes to restart but when it tries to restart my pc shuts down

I'm on pc and I monitor with core temp, It gets to 83 Celsius and then doesn't rise after then

This is quite hot, Intel can handle it but AMD would be sweating balls, you might be interested in improving the amount of air that flows through your case, to improve temperatures.
