What are the best mid range priced laptops mainly used for studying only (medicine). ? with a great quality

For study only? ie web, docs and the odd movie / audio?.. Grab a chromebook or a used business laptop. If you need to take it everywhere.. a used, old Macbook air or ultrabook and drop windows on it (unless you like osx)

You're asking for a "good" midrange laptop... lol

i am not because all i see here is a gaming laptops with those qwerky lights i7 thingy whatever

Check out some ASUS products, they have the best bang for buck I would say.

Dell XPS 13 is a decent buy.
