Hmm, it may work but i don't know. Parallel routing can be done but you still want to have 1 intake and 1 exhaust port on the gpu section. I believe it works only because the resistance in the blocks is the same. If you push all that through a CPU block as well you are going to effect the flow rate on the blocks, and thats ignoring the fact that with such a routing water may bypass the blocks all together. If you want to do parallel routing you'll have to do something like this:

I think you would definitely have by-pass issues, you would be pretty much just be by passing both blocks going through the CPU then again by passing both blocks. 

 

Is there a particular reason why you are considering such a setup over the traditional in series or parallel options available?
