Do you mean "Playing while using keyboard and mouse?" if so then you can't, you have to use 1 of it.

Damn.

 

I mean like my girlfriend playing with a controller while I play with a keyboard and mouse at the same time.

It's Mario Kart on acid. It has split creen and you can play it with keyboard while other players use controllers.

Sh*t my mind was f*cked, I typed it wrong.... Sorry, you actually can use both for split-screen. Your girl play with controller while you're playing it with mouse + keyboard.
