Nvidia surround graphics bugs!

I have some wierd  graphical bugs using NvSurround, What really bugs me is the start menu.

 

Everytime I configure surround my control panel crashes,

 

It also crashes my diablo 3 all the time using only 1080p resolution...

 

have anyone had any similar problem?

 

Using a new Gtx 970
