yes, liquid cooling is "better", looks good too. but the few degrees difference in cooling don't worth the 50$ price difference, IMO. Noctua is pretty good air cooling. silent, efficient. and leak-free and aesthetically unpleasing.

Anyway, like said, come back when you are just a few hours off of buying the parts. Prices change like a finger snap.
