PC Game Crashes

So, I have been playing a few games that have been crashing for me. The first game was Metal Gear Solid 5 Ground Zero, but that only crashes so often as well as Saints Row 4. The games I am having a lot of issues with is Grand Theft Atuo 5 and Far Cry 4, which on a good day I could probably play for an hour without any trouble. I recently reinstalled the lastest AMD driver, tried reinstalling the games, reformated my computer, etc. It might be a graphics card issue since it does not happen with less-demanding games such as Alien:Isolation, Fatal Frame 2, Payday 2, etc. but I just want to be sure.
