My LAN Rig

I know its a LAN rig and all, but while at home I would like to use nvidia surround on it for friends when they visit. The graphics card is a gtx670 OC DCUII and CPU is i5 4670k. Would I be able to run GTA V on medium settings, no AA, with nvidia surround on this rig?

That GPU won't be able to do that. If you have the money, a 290 or 280X will cover it.
