My friend just got a new graphics card, 7870 and a 7850. hes planning on over clocking it bought his psu doesnt have the power to run it stable hes been crashing frequently. What is a safe and good watt psu he should get? I was thinknig of 650 or 750 but wanted to make sure. Also overclocking his processor too(8350)

You are spot on, 700w unit would be perfect with overclocking in mind. Just get a high quality brand, Corsair, Seasonic, XFX, Pc Power and Cooling, Silverstone, Antec, some OCZ and some Cooler Master PSUs are high quality too (you have to do research on those though).
