I see nowhere to plug them in.

I know this might sound stupid but did you try the Corsair link software that came with the H100i?

Yes. Couldn't do shit.

 

are they plugged directly into the PSU?

No, the fans are plugged into the motherboard because I have no cables to plug them directly into the PSU.

The two that are the problem are the stock fans that came with my H100i

wait why dont you just plug the fans into the h100i block?

use this and then if youre lucky it will work with the latest corsair link drivers.

 

if youre unlucky you will have to search for beta corsair link drivers and the latest h100i drivers, that's what i had to do to make the fans controlled.
