Bad luck

First i had a r9 290 on 1300 mhz very stable with just a bit of voltage increase :)  but it started artafacting even whitout overclock and underclocked so i rma'd it and i got one back that can only do 1150 mhz on +75 mil on core :(  :wacko:  :(
