Terrific build IMO

 

maybe add a 212 EVO for the CPU if you can fit it into your budget?

Try an ssd there are some rally chep ones you can get for $50-$60

I would not recommend that unless they are good SSD's that are just going for a low price. Avoid the Kingston SSDNow V300

Why they are really good

Kingston sent samples of the V300 out with the normal flash and then changed it to a slower flash. The supposedly changed it back, but they cannot guarantee that the ones you buy now will have the faster flash. I got lucky and mine has the faster flash on it. MY version is nice and fast. However, this SSD is great and is also made by Kingston without the controversy:
