Buzzing Headset

Now I bought a new headset more exacly the kingston hyperx cloud II. But shortly after I startet experiencing a buzzing sound. I had encounter this once before in my old headset not long before I bought my new one. I tried to plug in my old headset because had had enough but the buzzing was still there. I think the problem is EMI so what I whant is help whith fixing it and if I need to get new parts to my pc or if its another way. And before anyone asks I have put the usb in both back and front.

Now with a bit of testing I have concluded that it's problebly not emi seeing as it's not consten (the buzzing only occures when playing a sound not when idle) so is it the onboard audio? But the problem then is it comes with a external usb "sound card". The external "sound card is problebly only for 7.1 surround (I woud guess). So is the onboard still active? Will buying a sound card fix the problem?

any reason to not get the ASUS Xonar U7 Echelon insted if ist 10 us dollars more ? is it better ?
