Yes, it will work with your motherboard, you will just have to use one of your 16x (the really long ones) pci-e slots. All Storage devices are compatable in raid

I will be using 2 GPU as well, so how will that impact the GPU?

Hi, I am having a very hard time choosing the parts I need for the pc I want to build. 

 

I want to have a SSD as the primary, now whether its a Intel 750 SFF I dont know, because I look at reviews or such and It gets very confusing for a new guy.

 

I will use the Asus X99 Pro MB and my question is.. Will the Intel 750 SSD SFF be compatible and easy to connect with this MB?. also is this SSD compatible with RAID 0?

Yes, it will work with your motherboard, you will just have to use 1 of your PCI-E x16 slots (the really long ones). All storage devices are compatable with RAID, the motherboard is the only limiting factor.
