Speakers Help

I've decided to get some new speakers as my current one is not the greatest .. or anywhere close to decent , and I already have IEMs which I like , but I almost have no clue whatsoever regarding speakers .

-So first of all , I prefer to keep it below $150 USD .

-I don't have too much space in my room so the speaker shouldnt be too big .

-2.0?2.1? No idea , as long as it sounds good .

-Currently looking at the HiVi M10

dont know anything about regular multimedia speakers but i know good production level speakers that are not too costly one for example is AKAI RPM3 PRO which usually goes for 100
