PLEASE HELP

I just built a new pc:

Fx 6300 and r7 260x

But my hard drive off and old computer (it's sata) won't let me boot into windows on it and it blue screens so I tried re installing but it won't let me use my keyboard or mouse PLEASE HELP ASAP

I total agree with techguru,format the hard drive and install a fresh copy of Windows,so go into your bios and setup your first boot device ether a DVD rom or USB,once you have your have your first boot device setup then reboot your PC,when the PC is booting up you should see on the screen boot from ether the DVD rom or USB hit the enter key and this will start the process of loading Window..

you might need to enable legacy support for usb in the bios

or try plugging the keyboard into different usb port
