Windows Modules Installer Worker - CPU Usage

Alright, so I opened up task manager today and noticed that around 10% of my CPU is being used up by "Windows Modules Installer Worker", even when Idling. I have never had this problem until last night and coincidentally, I just exchange a shitty monitor for a new 1080p monitor before this problem happen.  Would they be related? What is the process and how can I fix this? (I used to idle at 0% CPU all the time, so this is definitely strange)
