I need help finding a budget laptop.

My niece is turning 16 in a few months and for her birthday she only wants a laptop,my sister has tasked me with picking out one,and i could really use some help with it.

 

We would prefer it to be bought at walmart.com because i get a 10% discount,but if can find one elsewhere that is better AND a cheaper price please suggest it,also the max budget is $500,but the cheaper the better.

 

My niece has givin me a list of what she wants to do with he laptop.

 

Programs:

Photoshop

FireAlpaca

 

Games:she does not care about what settings the game is at,as long as they will play smoothly.

Sims 3

Bejewled 3

Dragon Age Origins & inquisition

Borderlands 1 & 2

Portal 1 & 2

 

Other than that she would like a web cam,but it's not a must.

Found this in roughly 10 minutes. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Toshiba-Jet-Black-17.3-Satellite-C75D-B7215-Laptop-PC-with-AMD-A8-6410-Quad-Core-Processor-8GB-Memory-1TB-Hard-Drive-and-Windows-8.1/36998831I would recommend looking up benchmarks for it's A8 6140, but from what I've read it plays almost everything on Low to Medium. Hope this helps
