hello,

i recently cleaned my pc when i put it back togetter and tried to turn it on nothing happend (literally nothing).

so when taking a closer look, i noticed that when i wanted to stard the system my power suply is the only componend that is kinda trying to do something; it makes high-pitched noises as soon as i press the start button on my motherboard. the motherboard lights do light up btw.sd

anybody a idea of what might be wrong?

also i'm new to this forum so if this post is misplaced then sorry in advance for that.

make sure everything is connected. un plug and relug them in. cpu fans everything, press them in nice and tight.

make sure nothing fell in the psu, use flashlight to look around, don't take it apart.

any black burnt spots?

this is really all my ideas, unless you have a debug codes or speaker to hear the tones.

welcome to the fourm, wish it was on better terms.  this might do better the the trouble shooting sub section.
