NZXT S340?

I heard that the NZXT S340 is intended to have a 120/240mm radiator in the front of the case. My friend is planning to buy one. Is it okay to take of the 2 exhaust fans and use them as intakes and just buy a fan for an exhaust?

No reason why it shouldn't be. Just get something static pressure optimized.
