installed new mobile and cpu

I previously used a amd and amd mobo but the computer didn't require a new or install. I just got back in my desktop and went about normally. However I am experiencing some weirdness like some Web pages not loading. Also total war attila won't even start it keeps saying that app is already running. I have Uninstaller all the previous amd softwares but should I just do a clean is installed?

Whenever you replace the motherboard you must do a clean install of your OS.

(provided its not the same model)

Like others say; Especially when you change motherboard and CPU, you need to re install windows.
