Watercooling - H100i

Go to solution Solved by gazabi,

Hi

I really hope that you can help/guide me with a problem.

When I started playing a game today, my watercooling (Corsair H100i) failed.

The fans spun fast and the RPM monitor on both OC-panel (ASUS) and Corsair Link showed 0 and blinking red. The temperature raised to 75 Celsius, and then I shut down the computer. Corsair Link showed that the fans was spinning (above 2000 RPM). I tried to take the power connector and the others cables out and then plug it in again. The pump unit got hot, so it was not a error on the monitors. The whole computer is around 2-3 months old.

I hope you can help me

Best regards

Martin

When something that shouldn't be hot is hot, its probably dead.

Can you rma it, do you still have warranty?

Sounds like the pump has stopped working, you may need to RMA the cooler. I would start a support ticket with Corsair now.
