Guys I need your help, I have no idea what to do when changing the motherboard. I have brought new motherboard, CPU,CPU Cooler, Graphic Card and Power Supply I know how to connect everything but I have no clue what should I do when every thing is connected. Should I run tests and where from? Also on the CPU how much thermal paste should I put on and before mounting should I have to clean the CPU with 99% alcohol and what if I don't will some serious damage happen?

This are the parts that I brought (I have the case, RAM and HDD from my previous computer which was burned)

(i prefer the pea method wich is the first one)

and regarding cleaning the cpu: if you don't clean your cpu and just apply the new thermal compound it will act as an insulator and will cause your cpu to not be cooled properly causing overheating and crashing

you can use almost any rubbing alcohol like acetone, isopropanol etc..

I typed on google prime95 and I see its a software, after its installed it will do the tests automatically. I'm right?

you are partially right the only things are that you don't have to install prime95 you just load it up and click OK to start it, just let it run for an hour or 2 to ensure that your system is stable and not overheating (wich usually causes the system to freeze up)
