First off sorry if this is in the wrong place on the forums. I currently have a gtx 960 and an Intel g3258 overclocked to 4.2 GHz and 8gb ram .I was thinking on picking up gta 5 but my friends have been telling me not to waste my time because of my proscesor and to get it on ps4 instead. Will I be able to enjoy this game at 60 fps 1080 p with my current set up?

you will be able to enjoy it, it will ofcourse run better with a quad core but you will be a-ok

Your friends are being pedantic, but we're not sure on how it will run on dual-cores. Even minimum requirements state a Q6600 or Phenom 9850 which are both quad-cores.
