problems with GeForce experience

every time i open Geforce experience, the driver displays that it has encountered an error and must close. did anyone have this problem aswell?

please tell me how to fix this.

 

-driver version: 2.4.1.21

 

Sorry i don't have a screenshot, i use shadowplay to make them.

Can you explain what kind of error message did you get ??

 

Have you checked whether the display drivers are properly installed and they are latest version ??

Did you try uninstalling and re-installing it?
