New Keyboard and Mouse!

Hello everyone! Im kinda new on this forum, so excuse me for the mistakes i made.
I decided to buy a keyboard and mouse for my PC. I was searching through the internet to find something that would look nice and be comfortable when using it.
Im not very good at technical stuff, so thats why Im asking for your opinion.
Keyboard:
First of all, i would like to know why mechanical keyboards are better than the other ones.
Second of all, I picked 2 keyboards that I want to try out, but i dont know which one is better than the other and If you guys have ever used them, I would love to hear your opinion
So these two are Mad Catz Cyborg v7 and Logitech G105. My budget is limited, so I cant afford anything very expensive. If you have any other propositions, just go with it straight ahead. I would prefer if it could be backlit, not too expensive tho. Dont have any preference as to different types of switches.

Mouse:
I have also 2 mice, and I dont know which one to pick. Logitech G502 Proteus Core and Razer Deathadder Chroma. I have big hands so G502 might be a bad option. Give me your propositions of comfortable and not too expensive mice, i would appreciate that.

Mechanical keyboards are objectively better. Check the link in my sig for all info on that.

 

Both those mice are going to be weird for big hands. Check out the Logitech G700s, Steelseries Rival, Zowie EC1-A and perhaps the Logitech G602 if you have bigger hands.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
