Amp for $100 USD

I'm looking to pick up an AMP / DAC for my M50RDs, when I plug them into my front panel they get very quiet no matter what the volume is at, and when I plug it into my mixer it get's very static-y making them unusable, so what is the best AMP or AMP/DAC for $100USD or less?

The Fiio E10K and the Monoprice Desktop Amplifier are both very good options. The Fiio is very compact and can run off of usb power but has few ports, whereas the Monoprice Amp has lots of ports and expandability options but is very bulky. I can't tell you about which is better in sound quality, but I'd say pick the one that suits your needs more.
