Sure...It's an x99 board, just like any other.

 

Reality check time. Unless you're LN2/LHe overclocking, or you're using weird hardware with compatibility issues, the spec sheet is going to mean far more to you than any stability issues that might be percieved.

 

Check through the spec sheet. Make sure it has all the features you want (M.2 socket, plenty of headers, and ports) Do you need a PLX chip for later expansion?

Personally I prefer ASUS, but that is a personal preference, and unless you're buying an in house dell mobo you should be fine.
