All parts looks solid. Just 1 question. Do you really need cpu water cooler? As i have read hyper 212 or 412s would have similar temperatures as nepton 120xl. Ofc if you are planning to oc it in hardcore mode till the very last drop mb few degrees will be a difference for you. But i would recommend to put hyper 212 or 412s. And invest rest of the money mb for a better case like nzxt h440 or enthoo and overall temperatures may be even better.

Do I really need 750w though? I picked seasonic because of great reputation.

A 750W will see you set for SLI. Also the EVGA is made by SuperFlower who are also very good. They make the EVGA G2/P2/T2 units as well.

Very true.  Definitely nothing wrong with future proofing.  Thanks for feedback!
