700$ US is my budget.

I'm planning to use Steam os cause all of my games are on steam 

I need something that can run games like far cry, assassins creed, and battlefield 

around 60fps mid to high settings 

already have monitor, keyboard and mouse

I do plan on getting windows os but i want all of my money to go to the pc
