the Lian Li  PC-TU200 is the most "portable" itx case that I can think of.

Corsair 380T

Depends on your budget

 

Cheap (and good)- Silver Stone Sugo

Medium-  Fractal Design Node 304

Good- Corsair 250D/Corsair 380T

Very Good- Caselabs Mercury S3

 

Personally I like the Node 304, but the 380T also looks good and has a handle, but is a little on the pricey side
